Hello… I’m Christian!
I am a Product Designer with 8+ years of experience shipping products cross-platform, spanning from connected TV, to web responsive, such as desktop, tablet and mobile, to mobile app, such as smartphones, tablet and wearables. I have designed for B2B, and B2C subscription products within the streaming service, media-entertainment, financial and investing news, and real estate industries, delivering elegant, engaging and innovative experiences that drives feature adoption, subscription growth and customer retention.
Currently, I worked as a Lead Product Designer at AMC Networks, leading the end-to-end user experience cross-platform for its streaming service brands, such as AMC+, Shudder, BBC, IFCF and AMC. I’m responsible for uncovering customer insights and leveraging data to develop the design strategy to deliver first-class customer experiences while partnering with cross-functional teams accounting stakeholder requirements. As a team leader, I actively mentor a team of designers and contribute to new processes and workflows for an evolving design team.
Prior to AMC Networks, I worked pioneering projects at Dow Jones, NBC Universal, NBC Sports, The Metropolitan Museum of Art, NYC Health and Hospitals, The City University of New York, as well as several others. I also hold a Master in User Experience Design from Pratt Institute, and a Bachelor in Digital Design and a Associate in Multimedia Programming.
As an advocate of users, I place significant emphasis on strategic UX research to inform concepts and innovative solutions. Understanding user and business goals, I ensure to create premium products that delight customers and drive business results.
